Veterinary Technician:
Our Technician team is seeking a well-rounded, responsible and motivated individual with a positive attitude to join (RVTs are encouraged to apply). Our specialties include canine and feline cardiology, dentistry, internal medicine, neurology and surgery. FT/PT opportunities with competitive salary, excellent benefits (401K, medical/dental). Previous veterinary experience is required.

Receptionist (Client Relations):
This is an administrative, non-supervisory position and involves minimal handling or restraint of pets. As a veterinary receptionist your goal is to ensure that every client is greeted and checked into and out of the hospital in a timely and courteous manner. You are also responsible for making sure that the client’s questions are answered and that they have an overall pleasant experience at the California Animal Hospital. We are seeking people who are good with people, and happen to like pets as well. Currently looking for those who are available to work WEEKENDS in addition to weekday shifts. Previous veterinary experience preferred.
Doctor’s Assistant:
This is an administrative, non-supervisory position and involves minimal handling or restraint of pets. As a doctor’s assistant you will be the liaison between the doctor and the client working to improve client communication and pet care. You will have direct interaction with clients, coordinate the organization of lab work into files, and call clients with information about their pet. This is NOT a veterinary technical assistant position and technical skills are NOT required. If you love to work with people, this is the perfect position for you. Currently looking for those who are available to work WEEKENDS in addition to weekday shifts.

Call Center Operator:
This is an administrative, non-supervisory position and does not involve handling or restraint of pets. As a call center operator, you will quickly and courteously respond to all incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person(s) and/or take accurate and detailed messages. Currently looking for those who are available to work WEEKENDS in addition to weekday shifts.
Runner:
A Runner's responsibilities may include: refilling stock, photocopying, effectively relaying messages, interacting with staff and clients, and maintaining communications between the office and treatment aspects of the hospital. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail and be able to multitask to follow through with several projects at any given time.
